St Patrick's Day 2009 Australia

I go to work as usual today. (17/03/09)
But I was surprised that many employees wear green cloth or hat or samething green one.
I asked them abut green things like that. They told me
" today is St Patrickday !!!!!!!! "
I did'nt understand what they say.
so,I checked on internet about today.
........................................................................................
you'll soon be hearing lots of talk about four-leaf clovers and shamrocks. So perhaps it's a good time to reflect not only on the place of clover in our lawns, but also on the difference between four-leaf clovers and shamrocks. In this article I also mull over the concept of clover lawns. For, far from regarding clover as a lawn weed, you can consider yourself lucky to have it in your lawn. But this type of "luck" has nothing to do with four-leaf clovers....
.........................................................................................
Now I understood !!!!
and someone said it is good excuse for booze becouse holiday!!!
*booze=slang :drink beer
